Which product do I need, and what do I do first?
CauseComp gives you two kinds of benchmark. Executive benchmarks price officer and leadership roles from IRS Form 990 filings, with a list of comparable organizations and what they reported. Workforce benchmarks price more than 850 broad-based roles from Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, adjusted for your sector, size, location and career level.
Start here if the board asked about the executive director's pay. Run an executive benchmark, then prepare a board report. If you need one report and nothing else, the one-time Board Report covers one position.
Start here if you are setting pay ranges for your team. Open Workforce, set your organization once, and add up to 50 roles in a single run.
