Something did not work. Why?

What you see	What to do
"This board report link has expired. Re-run the report to get a new link."	Links work for 24 hours and only for the account that requested the report. Sign in to that account, or run the report again for a new link.
The assistant says a role, state or sector is not recognized	CauseComp suggests the closest valid label rather than guessing. Ask the assistant to use the suggested label.
"Could not reach your MCP server" after reconnecting	Remove the connector, add it again and sign in once. Avoid reconnecting repeatedly.
The connector is not available	The connector requires Professional. On ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, a workspace admin must add it first.
