Director of Facilities
Directs the operation, maintenance and planning of an organization's buildings, grounds and physical assets.
Reporting and scope
Usually reports to the COO, CFO / Head of Finance, Director of Operations or VP of Facilities. Authority covers all owned or leased sites.

VP of Facilities is the executive tier above. Director of Real Estate focuses on acquiring, leasing and financing property. Director of Engineering handles technical building systems. Office Manager handles day-to-day office needs in smaller organizations.
